About
Your developer quit mid-build. The agency wanted $25,000 upfront. And there's still no single system that works. We're the team you wish you'd called first — two engineers, 24/7 ops panel, monthly retainer, no setup fees.
When something breaks, the person who answers is the same person who wrote the code.

Our path
Built our first systems for individual clients — one clinic, one agency, one office. Every project was a separate quote, a one-off engagement. Took us months to realize this wasn't working — not for us, not for clients.
We kept hearing the same thing from every client: 'The software works, but now we need another feature. And every time it's a new project, new quote, month of waiting.' Realized the problem was the model, not the product.
Launched the retainer model. Instead of a sealed quote — a dedicated team. Instead of a project that ends — a partnership that grows. Instead of 'open a ticket' — an engineer who knows your business by heart.
We build systems for clinics, insurance agencies, and law firms. Every client gets the same team from day one to day 1,000. No account manager. No management layer. Just engineers and your business.
Why
The story is simple. We ran businesses ourselves — Gaber's father's clinic, various projects we worked on. In each one we saw the same thing: business owners working for the software instead of the other way around. One Excel here, calendar there, WhatsApp above, invoice below. Nothing talking to each other.
We tried every tool — Salesforce, Monday, HubSpot, Fireberry. Each did something well, but none did everything you actually need. There was always an Excel on the side. Always a manual process. Always a 'we'll get back to you with a quote in three months.'
So we started building differently. One custom system — because every business is different. Retainer — because changes aren't a separate project, they're the life of the business. And a team that knows the code — because when something breaks at 3am, you don't want to talk to a support rep who's never seen your system.
It's not magic. It's not 'AI will save the world.' It's just two people building systems we'd actually want to use ourselves.
What we believe
We write, host, and maintain the whole system. You get a system that works — without dealing with code, hosting, or maintenance. With full transparency: an ops panel, a changelog, and tickets.
We're not trying to be a big agency. Two engineers who know every client personally costs us revenue — and that's exactly our competitive edge.
Fixed monthly retainer. No setup fees. No new quote for every small change. If it's complicated, we're doing it wrong.
Small changes — days, not weeks. Bug response — hours, not days. Because the engineer fixing it is the one who wrote it.
To know what we build, you need to know what we don't. These are things you won't get from us — and it's a deliberate choice.
We don't sell shelf software. If you need a generic CRM, there are good ones in the market.
We don't work with more than 8 clients at a time. Small team = personal service = less revenue. On purpose.
We don't take 'build once and disappear' projects. Our model is retainer. Always.
We don't market with 'AI will save the world.' AI is a tool that helps. It's not the hero of the story.
We don't promise results we can't prove. If something's unclear — we say so. If something won't work — we say so.
