alcyone14 builds the system your business needs, around the way it already works, with AI built in to do the routine work, and keeps running and improving it as the business changes. That can mean customer and sales workflows, a mobile app or web portal, WhatsApp and SMS journeys, payments, digital signatures, internal tools, dashboards and integrations with what you already use. Every system is a different combination, made to fit your business, not the other way around.

Project quotes lock you to a scope someone guessed at the start. The moment anything real changes — a new idea, a pivot, a competitor move, a regulator update — you're back in negotiation, paying a change-order premium, or stuck with what you got. The retainer is built for a business that evolves: one monthly fee, ongoing development on priorities we agree with you, scope is "what the business needs right now." Easier to buy, easier to operate, and the software keeps moving with you instead of freezing the day it launched.

We agree the first version with you, around the work that matters most, and you see what we're working on at every stage. Timing depends on scope and is agreed before we start. Nothing is billed before go-live.

Our Continuity Promise is simple: your business data and operational continuity are yours. We own the engineering burden: code, hosting, maintenance, fixes, security, evolution. Making it all work is our headache. This is not a source-code handoff model; it is a managed engineering department that keeps the system alive and adapts it as the business changes.

Growth is what this is built for. The retainer scales with your operation — bigger team, more modules, new business units, new markets. If at some point the engagement naturally concludes, we do a structured handoff. No dependency trap, no scorched earth.

Not at all. The model fits any premium service business with real operational complexity — real estate, legal, consulting, boutique SaaS, B2B services, wellness, aesthetics, retail operations, financial services. What matters is whether you have an operations problem worth solving, not your industry.

No. Even two businesses in the same field run differently: different staff rhythms, pricing logic, steps and exceptions. A "close enough" template is a mismatch on day one, and every shortcut becomes a year of workarounds for you. We start from how you work, so the system is made to fit your business, not the other way around.

Every build ships with its own ops panel. You open a ticket at any hour, we triage it with a real timeline, and you can see every fix being shipped. For small questions there's an AI that knows your specific system, not generic docs. Response times are set in your agreement.

The retainer covers the day-to-day: bug fixes, feature tweaks, the ops panel, support, and ongoing improvements, agreed with you. Big, net-new builds — a whole new product line, an enterprise integration, a second business unit — get scoped separately so the monthly rate stays predictable. You'll never be surprised; large work is agreed in writing before we start.
